The video shot at Appleton Medical Center in august 2009 with the Collaborative Care trio of nurse,doctor, and pharmacist clearly documents the remarkable new inpatient care process. In addition, the video of the Kimberly family practice clinic documents many of the components of the "New Delivery Model" which is Thedacare's ambulatory care redesign focused on improving the outpatient customer experience. These videos apparently remain popular enough to continue to be show cased on the site.
