This product was created with help from ThedaCare executives and managers to show how strategy can be deployed from CEO to front line worker. The session is divided into three components. The first component is an introduction to Strategy Deployment and how it is used at Thedacare. The second component is a series of “Gemba” videos in which we capture executives, managers, and front line workers using the strategy deployment tools in their daily work. The Third component is a live webinar with John Toussaint answering questions from the webinar audience.

By signing up organizations will have access to the pre-recorded video to use within their own organizations as they wish  for 30 days. They may also have as many people on the live webinar as they wish.. This format has been very well received by the executives who have viewed it in previous sessions.
